Intentional living is about creating a set of guiding principles for yourself and committing to them each day. It’s deciding how you want to feel (and experiencing that feeling through visualisation or yoga) and turning those feelings into solid ‘I Am’ statements. Then we can begin to take action each day to show up as and embody the person we want to become and step into the life we want to live. Everything starts with an intention. Use the couple of days following yesterday’s new moon to think about how you’d like to feel this month, and start to create your intentions. Affirm them every day, and watch as they start to show up 🌙
